Fitness Programs

 

Our fitness classes are designed to get you in top physical condition. We offer low, medium or high impact workouts  allowing individuals of all ages and physical abilities to participate.  It consists of cardio, core, strength, conditioning, speed, power and flexibility will punching and kicking  your way to fitness.

 

Each Sullivan's USA KARATE schools offer their own fitness program. Please contact each school in your area for more information.
